Anna Strempel is a Lead Principal Consultant in the Sustainable Futures team. With extensive experience working at the initiative, portfolio, and whole-of-organisation levels, Anna is skilled at facilitating collaborative processes and drawing out meaningful insights. She enjoys working on complex initiatives and has a particular interest in theory of change and systems transformation.

Anna has worked across the environmental, international development and asylum seeker/refugee sectors in roles spanning research, evaluation, project management, and journalism. This diverse professional background strengthens her MEL practice and helps her to understand each client’s unique needs and context. Anna is passionate about facilitating positive change, and particularly enjoys that aspect of MEL work.

When not at work Anna can be found riding her bike, spending time with her daughter or hosting the occasional radio program.
