Our Work
Clear Horizon acknowledges Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people as the Traditional Custodians of the land and acknowledges and pays respect to their Elders, past and present.
Bardie Barclay-Sutton is a consultant in Clear Horizon’s International team. With over a decade of experience in the not-for-profit sector, she has worked across a range of international development programs in the Asia-Pacific. She has a particular interest in education, gender equality, social inclusion, behaviour change, impact investment, innovation and the humanitarian-development nexus.
Bardie’s strong foundations in mixed-methods research and analysis are rooted in her interdisciplinary background of psychology and applied anthropology, which combined with her commitment to participatory MEL methods drives inclusive and sustainable social impact for clients. During her tenure at an EdTech social enterprise she honed her expertise in design-thinking and technology for development and now champions data visualisation tools to more rapidly translate insights into actionable strategies.
Outside of work, Bardie leads networking and peer-learning events for the Melbourne Development Circle. She is happiest when trading podcast recommendations over sips of a soy matcha latte.
