Our Work
Clear Horizon acknowledges Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people as the Traditional Custodians of the land and acknowledges and pays respect to their Elders, past and present.
Kendra O’Connor is a Senior Consultant with the Social Impact team at Clear Horizon. She is an experienced project manager in social impact measurement and management, working hand-in-hand with organisations to develop and apply bespoke monitoring and evaluation frameworks that best suit their needs. Kendra believes in the use of high-quality data and human-centred design to deliver sustainable change from within and is a strong advocate for the rights of all women, adolescent girls, and children. Her goal with any project is to equip clients with the right tools and evidence that enable them to maximise the positive impact they have on the people they serve.
Originally from the US, Kendra has spent time living and working in Central America, Europe and Southern Africa. She holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health from Columbia University in New York City, where she also established her strong opinions about bagels and pizza. Now based in regional NSW, Kendra enjoys going to the beach, hosting dinner parties, and slowly turning her home into a jungle.
